Better than one
Two heads are
‘Talking to you is like reading a good book. One recognises thoughts that you have had yourself, but you yourself would never have expressed in exactly those words.’
Mike von der Heyde, past CEO of IMS Industrial Products.

LET ME HELP YOU DISCOVER THE PROFITS YOU ARE NOW WASTING

Small business owners usually come my way because they are in need of some kind of marketing advice. (that’s how I got into coaching) What they are doing is not working anymore. Usually they are looking for new advertising... BUT: Once talking, at some point or another they utter one or all three of the major concerns of the small business owner.

The 3 major laments of the small business owner

1. “I work myself to death and I don’t make enough money!”
2. “I am so lonely, there is nobody that I can talk to.”
3. “I am at the cross roads, I don’t know how where to go from here.”
Unfortunately most of the management material available in books and MBA courses are aimed at large businesses and corporations, very seldom at the small business person. Earlier in 2009 we had an interesting conversation on the fin24.com portal where I blog on why banks lose so much money when investing in small businesses. The conclusion was that they really don’t understand the problems facing the small business person. (click here to see part of the debate) I have put together a package that addresses the small business owner’s need for effective advice and cost-effectiveness. The package comprises three one hour sessions over a period of two months.
1. You state the main reason for seeking advice beforehand in an email and add additional issues in your business.
2. In the first session we treat your most important issue. You get remedial actions to take.
3. In the second session we discuss your feedback on the remedial steps you have taken and if necessary delve deeper into the problem. The primary problem in a business often create secondary problems or affects your personal life. In the third session we treat a specific skill such as negotiation, or we have a final look at the costing of your goods and services. You often have a horrible life/work experience because the cash flow is insufficient and you don’t make enough money because you don’t do the entire sum when pricing. I help you to do the “entire sum.”

The easiest money to make is the money you now waste!

“Can I afford a small business coach?”

“In the end you will spend the money, the only choice you have is whether to spend it wisely or foolishly.”  A quote by Christoph du Bois, gourmet chef and restaurant consultant. Read more on the wisdom of this remark.

Choose to spend your money wisely! Don’t suffer regret afterwards.
