> The Science of Change. I came quite by accident to large organizational change projects from a marketing environment, rather than from the field of organizational development. It quickly became evident to me that the disciplines of organizational development (seated in the human resources function of organizations) and marketing were divided by a deep chasm, although both purported to deal with influencing human behavior.
